RD Capital Partners operates as an independent holding company. As such, it seeks to hold interests in companies and ventures in underinvested markets and other strategically attractive locations. The firm also offers advisory services to companies engaged in real estate development, investment and management. Our expertise includes acquisition, workouts, restructuring and urban and community development.
Based in New Jersey, the firm serves clients in Atlanta, Los Angeles and New York as well as in New Jersey. The Principals have over 100 years of combined experience in banking and real estate development and finance – both commercial and residential. Having completed over $3 billion in financial transactions and projects, the team has the diverse and broad experience to deliver for you.
